Terms & Conditions
- Eligible Dates: Events must take place between January 1 – March 31, 2026 or November 1-Feb 28, 2027.
- Room Block Requirement: A minimum of 10 guest rooms must be booked under the wedding room block to qualify.
- Complimentary Stay: 1-night stay in a lonestar cabin is offered for the wedding couple and is subject to availability (upgrades and additional nights may be offered at an additional cost).
- Stay Redemption: Complimentary stay must be used in conjunction with the wedding (On the night of the ceremony/reception).
- Non-Transferable: Complimentary stay has no cash value and is non-transferable. Cannot be applied to existing bookings.
- Booking Deadline: Must book by December 31, 2025 to qualify.
